After pursuing higher education in languages and foreign affairs in China, Xinxuan received a prestigious scholarship from the French Embassy to continue her studies in France. She subsequently graduated from the Grande École program at Audencia Nantes and obtained a specialized Master's degree in Marketing Design & Creation, a joint program offered by Audencia Nantes, École Centrale de Nantes, and École de design Nantes Atlantique.

Since 2015, Xinxuan has been working on cross-cultural projects between Europe and China, and through her experiences, she has developed a strong proficiency in intercultural communication. In 2018, she specialized in design and the art of living, co-founding the Maison&Objet Design Award China in collaboration with MAISON&OBJET. The award aims to promote exceptional Chinese designers and brands on the international stage and establish connections with industry professionals worldwide.

Xinxuan is a member of the Architecture and Culture Society of China and possesses in-depth knowledge of various design stakeholders in different regions of China. She is dedicated to ensuring a solid understanding, cultural harmony, and effective management of relationships between Chinese and European partners.
