A unique encounter between open pedagogy, experimentation, and creation.
Renowned worldwide for its avant-garde approach, Design Academy Eindhoven (DAE) is much more than a design school—it is a laboratory of ideas, a space where students learn to think differently, create with intention, and question the world around them. It is one of the most prestigious design schools in the world, known for its experimental, conceptual, and forward-thinking methodology. Based in the Netherlands, DAE trains designers who challenge conventions, materials, and socio-cultural systems, with a strong critical and artistic perspective.
Taking part in this programme at Campus MaNa in collaboration with DAE means diving into a pedagogy rooted in exploration, intuition, research, and commitment. It’s about experimenting with materials, questioning how things are used, telling ideas through form—and most importantly, discovering that design can be a truly personal and collective language.
For this unique programme, two dedicated teams will support the students:
Build a design portfolio through experimentation, exploration, research, and documentation of the creative process.
Three main areas of focus:
Self – Explore your sensitivity and your place in the world through materials, techniques, and environment.
Others – Translate, create, share, and contextualize your work; approach design as a form of language.
Portfolio – Finalize, present, and prepare to enter a design or artistic education path.
This unique programme in Europe was developed in collaboration between Campus MaNa and Design Academy Eindhoven (DAE) to support individuals aspiring to join one of the world’s leading design schools, including DAE itself, and to maximize their chances of admission.
Participation in this intensive 14-day programme offers the opportunity to gain maturity, deepen critical thinking, preparing and developping a strong portfolio - all with guidance from the instructors of Campus MaNa and the teaching teams of DAE.
