Practical Informations

The cost of the training includes accommodation in a single room, three meals per day, the training itself, and the necessary training materials.

Your Stay

The session officially begins on Monday morning. The tutors will introduce the program to the participants, and then the work begins. A final presentation of all the projects will take place at the end of the training.

During your free time, you can enjoy the campus facilities and engage in outdoor activities. When the sun sets, it's time for evening gatherings: conversations, games, and unexpected experiences. Excursions off-campus may be organized to explore the beauty of Burgundy and Puisaye.
Your stay concludes on Saturday after breakfast. If you wish to depart later in the day, please inform us as soon as possible.

Participants are accommodated in private or shared rooms. The largest room, located in the attic, can accommodate up to four people. The rooms have been renovated, decorated, and equipped with their own ensuite bathroom (shower/toilet). Bed linens and towels are provided. The workshop participation fees default to a single room. You will have the option to select the desired room type on the reservation form.

We start at 7:45 a.m. with a buffet breakfast consisting of fresh bread, pastries, muesli, fruit juice, tea, and coffee.

Lunch is served between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m., with beverages and light snacks at 4 p.m., and dinner at 8 p.m.

Lunch and dinner are creatively and healthily prepared by our chef. Meals are served indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.

Expect warm meals on cold days and cold meals on hot days!

You will have the opportunity to specify your dietary requirements and allergies on the application form.
