Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms applicable to all training services provided by CAMPUS MANA to its clients.
All orders imply the client's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
These GTC take precedence over any other client document, including their general terms and conditions of purchase.
Quotes – Orders – Certificates
For each training course, CAMPUS MANA can issue a quote.
The quote must be returned:
- dated
- signed
- stamped (if applicable)
- with the mandatory statement "Approved"
At the client's request, a certificate of attendance or completion of training can be issued.
- Price and Payment Terms
Prices are expressed in euros (€).
Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit upon confirmation of registration (after the legal withdrawal period has expired)
- Balance due thirty days before the first day of training
Payments can be made by bank transfer or check.
- Funding by an Organization
If funding is provided by an OPCO (Skills Operator) or any other funding organization, the client must submit their funding request before the start of the training and provide written confirmation.
If this confirmation is not received by the first day of training, the client will be invoiced directly for the full cost.
- Cancellation – Postponement – Absence
6.1 General Principles
The training courses offered by CAMPUS MANA involve prior logistical and financial commitments (equipment, instructors, partners, organization).
All cancellations must be notified in writing to:

6.2 Cancellation by the Client
Registration cancellation is possible under the following conditions:
- More than 30 calendar days before the training: no penalty
- Less than 30 calendar days before: the deposit remains with CAMPUS MANA
- Less than 15 calendar days before: 80% of the total training cost is due
- Less than 7 calendar days before: 100% of the total training cost is due
6.3 Postponement
Any request to postpone to another training session must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the training date and is subject to the approval of CAMPUS MANA.
6.4 Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure or any event beyond its control, CAMPUS MANA cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or postponement of a training session. Clients will be informed as soon as possible.
- Training Organization
CAMPUS MANA reserves the right to adapt the training content based on:
- the participants' level
- the group dynamics
- pedagogical constraints
Program content is provided for informational purposes only.
- Intellectual Property
All training materials (paper, digital, or any other format) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of CAMPUS MANA is strictly prohibited.
- Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for managing registrations and customer relations.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the client has the right to:

- objection

Each request will be processed and answered as soon as possible.
- Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
