Metal artist Tristan Colafrancesco introduces metal prototyping used in design, architecture and art. From the drawing containing the key points of a study to its implementation, trainees will be able to harmoniously carry out their project in the campus metal workshop.
At the end of the training, the trainee will have assimilated:
Metal, in all its forms, has been used in architecture, art and design since its invention.
This training proposes to implement the design and creation of small furniture (coffee table, console, light fixture, sculpture, etc.) through an introduction to the different techniques of metalwork with the trainer Tristan Colafrancesco, metalworker, in the metal workshop of the MaNa Campus.
Participants will be led to create their own object while integrating specifications relating to simple techniques of metalwork assembly.
They will learn to master simple assembly techniques, with a coherent view of feasibility according to the material, to harmonize creation and manufacturing.
Day 1
