Terms and conditions of sale

The company CAMPUS MANA refers to a professional training organization, with its headquarters located at Domaine du Croisil, 89350 CHAMPIGNELLES.

Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the conditions applicable to training services provided by the company CAMPUS MANA on behalf of a client.

Any training order placed with the company implies the client's unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These conditions prevail over any other document from the client, especially any general purchasing conditions.

Quotation and Certification

For each training, CAMPUS MANA may provide a quotation to the client. The client is required to return a completed, dated, signed, and stamped copy of the quotation to the company, with the mention "Approved."

Upon request, a certificate of attendance or completion can be provided to the client.

Price and Payment Terms

The prices of the training courses are indicated in euros, including all taxes. A 30% deposit payment is to be made before the start of the training (after the legal withdrawal period), via bank transfer or by check. The balance payment is to be made after the completion of the service, upon delivery of the training certificate, via bank transfer or by check.

Coverage

If the client is funded by an approved Joint Collecting Organization (OPCO), they must request coverage before the start of the service. The client is required to provide the financing agreement upon registration. In case CAMPUS MANA does not receive the coverage from the OPCO on the first day of the training, the full training costs will be invoiced to the client.

Rescheduling and Cancellation of a Training Session

Cancellation of a training session is possible, provided that it is done at least 10 calendar days before the scheduled day and time. Any cancellation must be notified by email to contact@campusmana.com.

In case of cancellation between 4 and 10 working days before the training date, the client is required to pay a cancellation penalty of 50% of the initial total cost of the training. In case of cancellation less than 3 working days before the start of the training, a cancellation penalty corresponding to 10% of the initial total cost will be invoiced to the client.

A request to reschedule participation in a training can be made by the client, provided that a written request is sent to the training organization within a period of 10 days before the training date.

In the event of non-performance of its obligations due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, CAMPUS MANA cannot be held responsible towards its clients. Clients will be informed by email.

Training Program

If deemed necessary, the instructor may modify the content of the training courses based on group dynamics or participants' level. The program contents provided in the presentation documents are purely indicative.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Training materials, regardless of their form (paper, digital, electronic, etc.), are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Their partial or total reproduction cannot be carried out without the express consent of the company. The client undertakes not to use, transmit, or reproduce all or part of these documents for the purpose of organizing or conducting training sessions.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information provided by the client to CAMPUS MANA is necessary for the registration process and the establishment of a customer database for commercial prospecting. In accordance with the "informatique et libertés" law of January 6, 1978, the client has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the personal data concerning them.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute between the company CAMPUS MANA and the client, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. If no amicable solution is reached, the matter will be brought before the competent court.

Complaints

Clients, trainees, and other stakeholders involved in the training activities have the option to submit a complaint at any time regarding the offers and services provided by the organization.
